On March 10th Rotarians from near and far attended the Rotary Leadership Institute in Owego. Everyone came to learn more about Rotary and its various functions.

The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is an ongoing program to help inform ALL members of Rotary understand the various parts of Rotary. There are 4 phases to this with each phase taking you step by step to a better understanding. After Phase 3 you will graduate and then go on to learn a deeper understanding with the Graduate Course.
